Zucchini Chocolate cake

Ingredients
125gm butter, 1 C brown sugar1/2 C white sugar3 eggs2 1/2 C Flour1 tsp vanilla1/2 C youghurt any low fat flavour or make you like1/4 C cocoa2 tsp bakiing soda1 tsp Cinna mon1/2 tsp mized spice. (I could not find this in ingrediants)1/2 tsp salt3 C GRATED zucchini, (could only find sliced on list)
Directions
Prepare a 25cm sq tin with b.paper
Beat the butter and sugars together until light and creamy. Do not hurry this process. (use a mixer or processor)
Add eggs one at a time with a spoonful of flour to prevent mixture from curdling.
Add the vanilla and yoghurt and mix well by hand
sift the dry ingrediants together, stir in with the grated zucchini.
Turn into the lined tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170c
for 45 mins approx. test with a skewer, if it comes out clean cake is ready.
When cool slice. ( i get 46 pieces @ 32gm)
