Homemade honey peanut butter

Peanuts ( I use salted blanched peanuts)Olive oilHoney
In a food processor blend the 16 oz bag of peanuts. Blend until smooth, just a few minutes. If you want you could be done and store the peanut butter in the fridge; but I like a little honey in mine.
(If you can't find blanched peanuts just look for a bag with the least amount of additives.)
After the peanuts are blended add the honey and oil until smooth and mixed. Store in fridge. It does harden in the fridge just microwave the portion you want to use in a glass bowl for 20 sec. Easy to spread after microwaving.
