Very good, and I made some adjustments due to the sodium content.

2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of Campbells cream of chicken soup
    4 cans of water
    5 celery stalks
    3 medium sized onions quartered
1 box of Uncle Bens Wild Rice.
Place chicken in crock pot, and cook on low 8hr - 1/3/10

Everyone liked it, but I changed it up a little bit. Not everyone in my family likes mushrooms so we used cream of onion instead. I served it with brown rice, and steamed broccoli. It was very tasty. Even the kids liked it! - 7/20/07

THIS IS THE BEST TASTING FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD EVER.
I burned off the calories from this food by cleaning and moving boxes. - 6/28/07

This was easy to make and good. Make sure you put the sauce over the chicken, otherwise the chicken is a little dry. - 3/4/08

Very tasty & filling! Would make it again!
I do agree that the Nutritional Info does not include the rice ~ it would be about 400-500 calories per serving. - 7/16/07

This is delicious. So easy and so good. I did not use the Rice-a-Roni rice but brown rice. I also added a package of Italian dressing seasoning to the soup. I loved it. - 1/11/11

I'd forego the rice a roni next time simply because it has a ton of sodium and carbs. The chicken was great - a definate will do again. - 11/10/09

This is very tender, and good tasting. I will try and reduce the sodium level next time, though ! - 6/18/09

The nutrition facts seem too low as far as sodium and calories. I know it would be delicious if I didn't have to watch out for sodium and calories. - 6/18/09

I think the submitter used one prepared serving of boxed rice and not the whole box. Personally I would put the cooked chicken over plain rice or couscous. The sodium content would be greatly reduced. - 6/18/09

I thought this was great! But I wonder how long it would take if the chicken was put in the crockpot frozen. - 1/21/08
