Slow Cooker Mild Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1 kg Skinless chicken thigh fillet3 medium potatoes1 whole carrot2 medium onoins1 whole red pepper4ooml nestle carnation evaporated light coconut milk1 tablespoon curry powderFresh corriander to serve
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Dice Chicken and slice onions and brown in fry pan. Place in slow cooker once browned. Add sliced carrot, chopped potato and red pepper into slow cooker. Mix together curry powder and coconut milk and pour mixture over other ingredients. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Stir through corriander to serve.
