Rumbamel's husband Mike's Pineapple/Orange Smoothie with wheat germ

Ingredients
-1 Can Dole crushed pineapple-1 Cup Cascade Fresh Plain Fat Free yogurt-1 Cup Not From Concentrate Orange Juice (he used Minute Maid Healthy Kids, because that is all we had, but we prefer Topicana much better )-10 or more ice cubes-1 T Wheat Germ
Directions
--Put liquid ingredients in first and then other ingredients into your blender and puree to desired consistency.

--Makes 5 cups or 2.5 servings of 2 cups each.

--Enjoy!!
