Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
8 cups diced rhubarb1 large Jello Brand sugar free strawberry jello1 1/2 cups hot water1 box dry yellow cake mix1/2 cup butter or margarine
Directions
Put cut rhubarb into a 9X13 pan. Sprinkle the box of jello on top of the rhubarb. Pour hot water over top. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the rhubarb mixture and then pour the melted butter or margarine over the top of that. Bake in a 350 oven for 60-90 minutes or until brown on top and rhubarb is bubbly. Makes 15 large pieces. Serve warm.
