Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box of lasagna noodles1 jar of spaghetti sauce (calories are for plain sauce)1 onion1 green pepper1 bag of mozzarella cheese (8 oz)1/2 container of ricotta cheese (7.5 oz)1 bag of Morningstar Grillers Recipe Crumbles
Directions
Makes 12 servings

1. Cook crumbles in skillet with oregano (or whatever seasonings you would like)
2. boil lasagna noodles and drain
3. Add onions, green peppers, garlic and crumbles to spaghetti sauce in pot
4. mix a handful of mozzarella with 1/2 container of ricotta
5. layer lasagna: lay noodles, spoon sauce on noodles, spread ricotta /mozzarella mix, sprinkle crumbles, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, repeat for 3 layers
6. bake in oven for 30 minutes
