Simple Steel-Cut Oats with Raisins

1 Cup Steel-Cut Oats3 Cups Water2 tbsp. Brown Sugar4 tbsp. Butter1/2 Cup Raisins
Makes 3 servings (each is a little over a cup)
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, then add oats. Stir oats until they're lightly toasted or for about 2 minutes.
Add Brown Sugar
Add 3 cups of boiling water and reduce heat
Let simmer for 25 minutes, stir once or twice.
Remove from heat and let set for 2 minutes
Add raisins
Serve
