Ingredients
2 large Green Peppers1 Large Red Pepper1 Large Yellow Pepper1 Large Orange Pepper2 Medium Onions2 containers Grape Tomatoes1 cup mushrooms1 cup Soy Sauce1/2 cup sugar2 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning2.5 lbs Country Style Beef Ribs
Directions
Cut ribs in small pieces and put in bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, and Montreal Steak seasoning.Cut all peppers into strips. Cut the onions into strips. Begin spearing all pieces on bamboo skewers in whatever arrangement you like. Put on grill for about 20 min or until it seems done.

Makes about 20 shiskabobs.
