    1 lb lean pork loin country style ribs
    1/2 cup orange marmalade
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 tbsp catsup
    2 cloves minced garlic


place ribs in slow cooker. in separate container,
mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. cook on low for 6 hours

  • These were so tender and tangy. When I saw the recipe and it called for marmalade, I was like gross. But it was great, tasted just like something from a Chinese restruant. - 3/31/09

  • I made this, but I didn't have ribs so I used a pork roast.Did not have the time to use the slow-cooker for six hours so I did it as a normal roast and used the sauce as a glaze.Very nice.Would use more garlic&soy sauce next time,would also add Tabasco. - 6/22/08
