Sesame Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 teaspoons sesame oil1 tablespoon olive oil1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 teaspoon soy sauce1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds1 teaspoon tahini paste1/2 teaspoon garlic powderfresh cracked pepper and kosher salt
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients except salt and pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, to allow flavors to meld.

Whisk once more before serving.
