1 Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffin, split in half3 Tbs canned tomato sauce3 Tbs 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 mushroom, sliced1 Tbs onion, choppedA couple shakes Italian Seasoning2 large leafs fresh basilOptional: other low-veggie toppings (bell pepper, broccoli,..)
1. Split english muffin in half and place on cookie sheet.
2. Spread tomato sauce and shake italian seasoning lightly over each muffin half. Place one basil leaf on each half.
3. Top with mushrooms, onions, and/or other veggie toppings.
4. Sprinkle Cheese on top.
5. Bake or broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
