grilled haddock w/ orange-lime-honey marinade

Ingredients
1 -1.5 lbs haddock1 tbsp lite soy sauce1 tbsp honey1 tbsp lime juice .05 cup orange juice(i fresh squeezed one orange and added enough water to the pulp and processed in my food processor to make 1/2 c.)1 tbsp lite olive oil1 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes(optional)
Directions
combine all ingredients except the fish, and blend together well. Place the fish in a glass container and top with the marinade. marinade in the refrigerator for at least one hour. grill the fish over medium heat coals for 12-20 minutes- turnthe fish once reserve the marinade. .fish is ready when it easily flakes with a fork. bastethe fish with reserved marinade.cut into four - five serving size peices
