5 oz Whole Wheat Thin Crust Pizza Dough (1/4 of the recipe by AZIAS MOMMY)1/2 TBSP White Truffle Oil1/4 C Pizza Cheese, shredded1/4 C Lowfat Ricotta Cheese1/4 C Mushrooms, sliced1/2 tsp dried Oregano1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat
2. Dust counter with flour and roll the dough to be about the size of a dinner plate, brush each side with oil
3. Place dough on grill surface, grill each side about 3 minutes, until browned with grill marks
4. Turn off burner directly below pizza crust, but keep furthest away burner on, so it's not directly over heat (or put on elevated rack if additional burners are not available)
5. Evently distribute shredded cheese over crust
6. Add Mushrooms over cheese
7. Spoon Ricotta on top and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder
8. Close the grill and allow to cook about 5-6 minutes, until all the cheeses have melted and mushrooms have cooked
