Suzanne's Yorkshire Puddings

200g Plain white flour 4 Eggs400ml Skimmed (nonfat) milk3 tablespoons olive oil2 x 4 pudding pan
Whisk together thoroughly (leaving it in fridge for a few hours helps somehow but I don't know why)
Heat oven to about 240C
Whisk mixture up again
Put about 1 teaspoon of olive oil in each pudding pan and heat the pans until the oil smokes
Pour mixture into each of the 8 spaces until they are nearly full
Cook for about 20 mins, WITHOUT OPENING THE OVEN DOOR or they sink!
