David's low-fat breakfast quiche

Ingredients
1 medium red onion1 cup liquid egg subsitute1 cup skim milk1/2-cup all purpose flour10 slices turkey bacon1/2-cup fat free shredded cheddar1/2-tsp baking powderhot sauce, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 400
bake turkey bacon on cookie sheet about ten minutes, or until crisp
sautee onions until transluscent,
add spinach until wilted, then remove from heat
wisk together egg substitue, skim milk, flour and baking powder
finely chop bacon, then combine along with cheddar, onions and spinach into egg-milk mixture
add hot suace, salt substitute, and pepper
bake at 400 for about 30-min, or until knife can be cleanly withdrawn from center of quiche
cool for five minutes, then divide into six slices
pour into 8-inch pie tin lightly sprayed with olive oil
