Chicken Apple Raisin Salad

Ingredients
6 cups of Romaine Lettuce1 cup of Red Leaf Lettuce4-5 Chicken breasts1/2 cup of Balsamic Vinegar2 cups of apples (Red Delicious) Chopped1 Cup of Craisins1 Cup of Raisins1.5 cups of chopped walnuts2 cups seedless grapes, choppedOlive Oil3 TBSP of Balsamic VinegarSeasoned Croutons
Directions
Soak chicken breasts in 1/2 cup (10 TBSP) balsamic vinegar for about 1 hour. Saute the chicken breasts til cooked, approx 10 minutes. Cool the meat.
Cut up all your fruit, combine them w/the lettuces. Put in any remaining ingredients. Stir the olive oil and remaining balsamic vinegar together and pour over the salad and serve.
Variations -
Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped red onions
Use Orange Olive Oil and add mandarin oranges in place of apples
