Sautéed Sesame Kale

Ingredients
1 bunch kale, washed and chopped1 tsp sesame oil (or more if you so desire)1 tsp liquid aminos/soy sauce1 tbsp rice wine vinegar1 tbsp sesame seeds2 cloves of garlic, minceddash of ginger
Directions
Place all ingredients except for kale into a pan on medium heat. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add kale, and saute until kale has wilted.

Serve on the side with tofu, fish or meat! Yummy & healthy!
