Roasted Chicken w/glazed vegetables

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs2 medium onions cut into wedges2 cups frozen baby carrots1/4 cup melted margarine2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp honey1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
this serves 4 people
preheat oven to 400 f (200c)
in bottom of broiler pan without rack, arrange chicken onions and carrots and set aside. In small bowl with wire whisk blend remaining ingredients pour mixture over chicken and veggies. Toss until evenly coated. Bake 45 min or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender stirring once.
