Spicy Mexican Tossed Salad

Ingredients
1 head of lettuce (I use 1/2 Iceberg Lettuce and 1/2 Red leaf)1 c Yellow Sweet Corn kernels (frozen-will thaw in salad)1/2 c Celery, diced1 c Black Beans (canned, drained)1/2 c Mexican Blend Cheese1/2 c green onion4 Tbs sliced Black Olives, canned2 oz. Organic Tortilla Chips-broken into bite size pieces.8 Tbs Naturally Fresh Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
Directions
Chopped the lettuce(s). Layer the remaining ingredients on top. Add tortilla chips and toss with dressing before serving. Serves 4 huge main course salads or 8-10 small side salads.

May add cilantro and avocado with dressing if desired.
Add chicken, salmon, tuna or other meat if desired as well.
