Ingredients
red cabbage, shreddedraw onion, choppedsoy sauceextra light olive oil
Directions
Add olive oil to pan and let warm. In the meantime, chop your cabbage and onions. When the oil is hot, add cabbage and onions. Stir or mix as often as you'd like. Taste or feel the cabbage for texture (you can cook as little or as long as you'd like). Once the vegetables are softened and the texture is to your liking, add the soy sauce. Toss the mixture a few times and allow time for sauce to heat then enjoy your really simple, really tasty dish!
