Jenn's Breakfast Burrito with left over taco meat

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg beater1 tbsp shredded fat free cheddar cheese1/4 cup black beans1 tbsb salsala tortilla factory 100 calorie tortilla1 tbsp hormel real bacon bits1 tsp cumin divided1 tbsp reduced fat or fat free cottage cheese
Directions
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat
spray with cooking spray and add bacon pieces and 1/2 tsp of cumin and cook until fragrant
meanwhile wisk together egg beaters and cottage cheese.
Scramble eggs over medium heat and salsa, and black beans
Put egg mixture in the center of the tortilla and top with cheese.
Fold the tortilla and enjoy
