Banana Honey Muffins

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup Flaxmeal1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla4 eggs2/3 cup canola oil1 cup honey3 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup hot waternutmegcinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingrediants. In a seperate bowl, combine eggs, oil, honey, and bananas. Slowly mix in dry ingrediants, alternating with hot water. Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
