2 Tbsp yeast1/2 cup warm water2 eggs1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat1/2 cup butter2 tsp salt1/2 cup honey6 cups whole wheat flour4 tsp gluten (optional)
Melt together and cool the butter and milk. Drop eggs into heated milk and butter. Heat water and add yeast. Pour all wet ingredients into mixer. Add dry ingredients except flour. Add 1 cup of flour at a time. After 4 cups of flour is added mix dough for approx. 10 minutes in mixer. Add remaining flour and cover to let rise. (30 minutes) Spray cookie sheet lightly with non stick cooking spray and form balls. Cover with cloth and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 20 large - 36 small rolls. Nutrition facts based on 32 rolls.
