1 tbsp Olive Oil1 clove Garlic, minced1 small onion, diced1 15oz can butter beans, drained1 15oz can diced tomatoes.1 tsp dried dill weedsalt and pepper to taste
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
1. Heat Olive Oil in pan over medium-low heat. Add in garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
