Mayonnaise Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 yukon gold potatoes, boiled, and chopped into cubes6 medium eggs, hard boiled, peeled, and chopped1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced2 large stalks celery, diced1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1 cup mayonnaise1/2 tsp. ground dried mustard1/2 tsp dried dill
Directions
Put vegetables in large bowl. Put mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and dill in separate small bowl and mix thoroughly. Dress vegetables with mayo mixture, stirring just enough to coat . Chill few hrs before serving. Best 1 day after preparation, but use within a few days of making it.
