Hunters Hamburger Pie

Ingredients
1# Ground beef6 small Sweet potatoes (mashed about 3 cups)1 14oz Swanson’s Beef broth 50% less Sodium 100% fat free1 C. Water2 Tbls Flour1 Cup Diced Onion1 Cup Diced Carrots1 Cup diced Celery 1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Cup frozen Sweet Corn2 Cloves Garlic Chopped1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms2 Tbls Tarragon Leaves1 6oz can Tomato Paste
Directions
Yields 6 1 1/2 cup servings

1. Bake, Skin and whip Sweet Potatoes, Set aside
2. Boil Carrots, Onions and Celery in Beef broth about 6 minutes
3. Brown Ground beef with Garlic, Dredge with flour.
4. Add beef broth mixture, corn, Mushroom, and peas. Cook for 5 minutes
5. In a 2 quart casserole dish (8”x11˝”x2”) pour in and spread out evenly
6. Spread whipped sweet potatoes evenly over top.
7. Bake @ 350 degrees uncovered on middle rack for 30 minutes
