1 cup instant white rice1 1/2 cup water1/3 can Rotel (add more or less depending on how spicy you would like it)SaltCumin
Brown rice in skillet (use either a small amount of oil or butter). Once rice is slightly browned add water, Rotel, ketchup and spices. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer until tender.
