That Awesome Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 head lettuce, chopped1 bunch spinach, chopped1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 cup swiss cheese, grated1/2 pound bacon, crumbled (could use turkey bacon for even lower calories)1 cup cottage cheese, rinsed in strainer so only curds remainDressing:3/4 cup Splenda (or sugar, but watch the calories)3/4 cup white vinegar1/2 cup oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. dry mustard1.5 tsp poppy seeds1 red onion, diced
Directions
Blend dressing ingredients and allow to marinate at least 4 hours.

Combine other ingredients in a large serving bowl and add dressing just before serving.

This recipe makes quite a lot of salad, but I'm guessing as to the serving size - adjust to your preferences or PM me and let me know what your experience was so I can adjust the servings!
