Fresh Basil Snack

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 slices, thick/large (1/4 to 1/2" thick)Strawberries, fresh, 1 large slicedBasil, 6 leaves whole leafsGarlic, 3 cloves slicedHard Boiled Egg, 1 large slicedFeta Cheese, 1 oz crumbledOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Makes 2 Servings, 1 1/2 tomato slices per serving
Place your sliced tomatoes on a plate and sprinkle with your pepper.
Place your fresh basil leaves on the tomato, I like to cover the whole tomato.
Take your sliced garlic and place on the basil in a single layer.
Now, take your sliced strawberries and place them over the garlic, again in a single layer.
It's time to layer the egg slices over the strawberries and top with your crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Now you are ready to sit down outside, enjoy the weather and savor such an easy snack with a mix of flavors.
I hope you enjoy and mix it up too, substitue the strawberry for orange and the basil with oregano, have fun with it!
