Frozen banana pops

Ingredients

8 large, ripe bananas170 gr evaporated milk12 muffin casesmuffin traypopsicle sticks or skewers
Peel the ripe bananas and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with fork or beat with mixer until liquid.
Add *evaporated milk and mix until combined.
Pour into 12 muffin cases in a muffin tin.
Freeze for up to 30 minutes. Add sticks when they will stand unaided in the banana mix and then freeze til solid.
Makes 12
* I used evap milk because it was in my pantry about to go out of date but you could easily sub for skimmed to bring fat and sugar content down even more.
