Ingredients
1 Egg1 Tbs Heavy Cream2 Tbs Almond Flour1 Tbs DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup, any flavorSplenda or any sugar free substitute to tasteButter for frying in (1 Tbs is counted in the calories for this recipe)
Directions
Heat butter in small skillet sized for 1 pancake.

While skillet is heating, mix together egg, cream, almond flour and Davinci syrup of your choice to flavor pancake. May add Splenda or another sugar substitute to taste.

Pour batter in hot skillet and fry like a pancake on both sides.

Makes 1 large pancake.
