1 Medium BananaFlesh and Juice of 1 Grapefruit6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt1 Cup Frozen Mango1 Cup Frozen Pineapple1 Cup Frozen Strawberries1/2 Cup Carrot Juice, I prefer Bolthouse Farms1/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes two generous servings.
