Tortellini Pepperoncini Salad

9 oz. package of fresh cheese tortellini2 cups halved cherry tomatoes2 cups fresh spinach leaves, coarsly chopped1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers6 TB preshredded parmesan cheese1/4 cup capers1/4 cup fresh basil1 (16 oz.) can of navy beans2 Tb lemon juice1.5 Tb. extra virgin olive oil.
While pasta cooks according to the package directions, combine all but the lemon juice and oil in a large bowl.
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water.
Add pasta, juice and oil to tomato mixture and toss.
Serve immediately.
