Heavenly Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
5 c. chopped rhubarb 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained½ c. sugar 1 pkge. Strawberry Jello, diet
Directions
In a saucepan, combine cut rhubarb, sugar and crushed pineapple and boil gently for 20 minutes. Stir in jello powder until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jam jars and seal. Makes 64 1 tbsp. servings as a topping for toast.
