Dandelion, Boiled Eggs & Beets Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of fresh, chopped dandelion greens.2 Hard Boiled Egg1 Cup of granted carrots1 cup of boiled and cubed beets.1 tbsp of Olive Oil1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp salt Black pepper (optional)
Directions
Combine the greens, the carrots, beets and hard boiled eggs in a salad bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve.
