Summer chicken & basil pasta

2 Tbsp olive oil1 lb. chicken breast, cut into thin slices2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups cherry tomatoes, halvedchicken broth, 14.5 oz can, reduced sodium, fat-free1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large non-stick skillet, add chicken and cook until done. Remove from pan.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil, heat over medium heat; add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and basil, cook 5 minutes over med-high heat. Stir in chicken and spaghetti and heat through.
Add parmesan cheese and serve.
Makes 3 large servings. Calories do not include parmesan cheese.
