ShrimpRed Leaf LettuceEquivalent of 1 Pepper any color1 Cup Cucumber Diced1 Cup Snap Peas1 Cup tomato Diced5 Asparagus Spears50 gr Feta CheeseHalf a lemon
Directions
Saute Peppers and Peas. Add shrimp and cook until done
Add everything else together and squeeze lemon over top. Mix and enjoy
