Ingredients
Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 1.3 tbsp Green Onions Fresh - Chopped, 1 cup Asparagus, fresh, 1.5 cup Hillshire Farm Deli Select Smoked Ham, 9 ozEgg Substitute - Aldi’s Fit & Active, 3 cup Great Value Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese, 1.5 cup Kroger Country Style Hash Browns, 3 cup 1/4 c milk
Directions
saute onions and asparagus in butter

add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
add ham and potatoes

put in casserole dish

mix remaining ingredients (except cheese) and put on top of dish. Put cheese on top.
bake on 350 for 30-45 minutes.
