Pizza with Fresh Basil, Capers, & Pine nuts

1 Pizza Crust1/2 lb Tomatoes (Med 3)5 lg leaves fresh basil1 Garlic clove1/8 Tsp salt2 Tb Capers2 tsp dried Oregano, crushedSeveral grinds black pepper2 Tb Pine nuts
Pre-made pizza crust placed on a round pizza pan with a little corn meal. Preheat oven 450.
Put tomatoes (do not peel), basil, salt, garlic in food processor. Spread the sauce over the crust, leaving a 1inch border free of sauce, then top the sauce evenly with the capers, oregano, and pepper. Transfer pizza to pre-heated oven and cook for 10 mins. Until the crust is golden and the sauce is sizzling.
Meanwhile, place the pine nuts in a dry, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Stir or shake them around frequently, until they begin to turn golden brown. Immediately remove them from pan and chop coarsely. When the pizza is cooked, distribute the toasted pine nuts evenly over the top and serve hot or at room temp.
