Salt, Eggplant, onion, ketchup, pickle, olive oil, Red pepper
Slice and salt the eggplant, in the meantime cut an onion and slightly fry in olive oil. Cut red pepper and pickle in small pieces and put in bowl with ketchup. Dry eggplant and cube. Add to onion mixture and fry till done. While still warm add onion and eggplant to bowl.
