Shrimp Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
6 oz shrimp1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth1 cup low fat cream cheese2 tbsp minces garlic1 cup part skim shredded mozzarella1/2 cup shredded parm3 cups fresh spinach1 tbsp EVOOseasoning to taste1 cup skim
Directions
1. Chop shrimp to bite size pieces and saute in EVOO and seasonings of choice.
2. Meanwhile, add chicken broth and cream cheese to pot and cook/stir until cheese is melted and mixture is blended well.
3. Add garlic, seasonings, and remaining cheese.
4. Add chicken and spinach and stir well.
5. Serve over pasta!
