Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
3 1/4 c wheat flour1 T, 1 1/2 t yeast1 1/2 water1 T honey1 t salt1 T olive oildried or fresh herbs, your choice
Directions
Mix 2 cups flour and yeast together, combine water and honey, add to flour. Let rest for 1 hr. Add oil salt and herbs and the rest of the flour. Knead. Dough should be wetter than a bread dough. Divide and let sit for 20 min. Roll out and bake on a pizza stone
