chickpea and brown rice burgers

1 3/4 cup chickpeas1 cup cooked brown rice1/4 cup tahini1 onionhandful of dried mushrooms, reconstitutedbreadcrumbs (just enough to make patties form)
makes 6-7 patties
dice onion and saute until translucent. dice mushrooms and add to onion and cook for 3 more minutes. add onion and mushroom mixture to food processor and process. add in brown rice, tahini, and chickpeas and process. add breadcrumbs little by little until you are able to form patties (you'll need to check this step by hand).
these grill up nicely on the outside but are moist on the inside.
