Saute de veal with lemons, bell pepper with pecans - 445 cal

Ingredients
300g veal steak1 onion cut in long stripes (150g)1 red bell pepper cut in long stripes1 green bell pepper cu in long stripes1tbsp lemon grass2 tbsp pecans1tsp lemon zeste minced2tbsp lemon juice2tbsp light soy sauce2 garlic clove crushed
Directions
1. Trim all visible fat. Cut the veal in small stripes and cook in a preheated wok. Set aside.

2. In the same wok cook the onions, bell peppers and the lemon grass stirring.

3. Add pecans and stir - fry for another 1 minute. In a boll mix the lemon zeste, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic. Add the mix to the wok. Add the veal and mix together.

4. Serve with basmati rice.
