Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 75 grams / 3oz(remove)Stir Fry Vegetables - kirkland signature, 300 gram(s) / 10oz(remove)Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Lime Juice, 0.3 fl oz (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Chili paste 1/2tspWhoe-wheat egg noodles, 75 gram(s) /3oz(remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 50 grams (remove)/2oz
Directions
Heat a wok or frying pan, add the sesame oil and put the garlic and ginger to fry. Turn the heat down so they don’t burn. After a minute add the chicken or the tofu and stir so they don’t stick (if they do, add 1-2 tbsp hot water. Add the soy sauce and chili paste, stirring constantly.

Once the chicken or tofu has browned slightly, add the lime juice, the Stir Fry Vegetables. Cook stirring all the time for 2 minutes, and then add mushrooms and 2tbsp hot water.

When the mushrooms have softened, cook, stirring for another 6 minutes. Season to taste and serve with cooked noodles.
