streamlined beef chimachangas

Ingredients
1 lb of 93% lean ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced3/4 c. picante sauce1 t. ground cumin1/2 t. oregano leaves, crushed1/2 t. salt8 flour tortillas (7 or 8")Pam spraysour cream (optional and not included in calorie count)guacamole (optional and not included in calorie count)
Directions
Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in picante sauce, cumin, oregano, and salt; simmer 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Spray one side iwht pam. Spoon 1/3 c. of meat mixture onto center of the unbuttered sides. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold 2 sides over filling and fold ends down. Place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 475 degrees about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with sour cream, guacamole and/or salsa.
