4 carrots4 celery stalks1/2 cucumber1/2 red pepper2 tomatoes2 Tbs chia seedsred pepper flakesworchestershire saucelime juice
Directions
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You can add ice cubes to make it cold or blend it more to warm it up. makes 2 16 oz serving
