Ricotta Blueberry Dessert/Snack

Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Skim milk Ricotta Cheese1 small packet of Splenda3 tsp frozen blueberries (feel free to substitute any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice)Mix Ricotta Cheese and Splenda well. Add frozen or fresh fruit of your choice. I prefer frozen fruit. I enjoy a light whipped cream/topping on it every now and then. Makes one serving.Eat it up~ YUM!!!Everyone in my family loves this snack/dessert~!!!

    This was really really good!! It was light, refreshing and it totally filled the sweet craving without making me feel like I had messed up my diet! I made with blueberries and then again with raspberries and will make this often - 9/1/07
