Ingredients
Tomatillos, 6 medium Garlic, 2 clove choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 16 oz cooked Flour Tortillas, 5 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (Beans, pinto, 1.25 cup smashed
Directions
Boil tomatillos onion garlic and jalapenos in enough water to just cover them. Add about a tbsp salt to water. Once tomatillos are falling apart and jalapenos are soft remove from heat. Let cool. Once fairly cool add to blender and blend into a sauce. Add salt to taste. Pour sauce into pan and add pork meat. boil untill all is hot. Add pork meat with sauce and some beans (about a 1/4 cup or less) into warmed tortilla and fold into burritos.
